About 200 guests gathered in Brahma Kumaris centre in Moscow. All together, listening, thinking and experiencing peace and silence, we created very powerful atmosphere of light and peace. No doubt, we can do it in the whole world also.

At any given time in the day there was at least one person at our meditation centre sitting quietly; filling, reflecting and sharing thoughts of stillness, silence and peace with everyone else.

After a severe Earthquake here in Delhi at 04:45 Monday morning which fortunately did not cause too much damage, I was able to keep in mind the forthcoming day of silence and immediately meditated after the shock.

As I stood waiting for the 10 o'clock 3 minute silence the traffic was noisey and busyness was all around. As the 3 minutes passed my whole being connected with this new dawning of peace, even the distant traffic calmed. Excellent work Just This Day please don't stop here.
