About Just This Day
Since 2007, people across the world have taken part in Justthisday. It has simply been a chance for those people to come together in stillness, which goes beyond difference and is without division.

The main event will be at St Martin in the Fields in Trafalgar Square, London. The whole day will be dedicated to discovering and experiencing the power of stillness ending with a performance of a newly written piece by Sir John Tavener, Towards Silence. At 10.00 am there will be a half hour meditation followed by a reception in The Crypt. At 11.45 am, there will be a chance to hear and experience the methods and understanding of three women representing three different traditions for whom Silence and Stillness are the central goal.
The evening performance will commence at 7.00 pm but the Church will be open from 6.30 pm for quiet reflection. Tickets for the evening performance will be available from the St Martin in the Fields Box Office.
